Form / Time
Architectural philosophy
“Areal defines the possibilities of architecture and design.
Time defines their value.”
Rauf Khidirov
FOUNDER & CHIEF ARCHITECT
The firm’s portfolio encompasses architectural, facade, landscape, and interior projects authored by Rauf Khidirov both prior to—including major collaborative realizations with MSTUDİO—and during the operation of AREAL GROUP.
Our work spans high-density urban developments, international business hotels, private estates, civic monuments, and clinical healthcare environments. Rather than imposing a uniform corporate signature, each commission develops from the specific geographic conditions of its site: the sea breezes of the Caspian coastline, the steep contours of the Caucasian foothills, or the dense urban rhythm of central Baku and Tbilisi.
Every building is treated as a long-term civic investment. We balance rigorous engineering and technical documentation with tactile natural stone, timber, structural glass, and precision-engineered metal facades.
